Omakase - For an adventurous dining
Japanese seasonal cuisine is the specialty here and Omakase is popular with regular diners here. Seafood is dominant on the menu, and the 13-seat sushi counter is the main stage for our chef to exhibit his flair for preparing sushi and sashimi with fresh seasonal delicacies flown in every Tuesday and Friday from Tokyo Tsukiji market, Japan.
Stars on the ala carte menu
On the ala carte menu, the Butakakuni (braised Kurobuta pork) is heavily marbled and melts in the mouth. Also on the menu is Foie Gras Gindara Shioyaki (salt grilled goose liver wrapped with silver cod). The simple method of salt grilling allows the natural taste of the fish to remain intact. Fukahirei Chawanmushi, or shark's fin egg custard is yet another delicacy that wooed our diners with its smoothness.
