Rain Check application form

Terms & conditions:

• Rain check will be issued in the form of PROMO code
• Applicable when there is an announcement of course closure due to inclement weather and/or wet conditions as Keppel Club deems fit and necessary
• Rain check must be claimed on the same day online. Any application for rain check made after the stipulated date of play will not be entertained.
• Rain check is non-transferable and valid for a period of one (1) month from date of issue. No extension will be granted.
• Rain check can be used for any day, subject to flight availability. Top up is required if there is a price difference from weekday to weekend but not vice versa. No refund of any balance value not utilized.
• 9-hole rain check can be utilized for 18-hole with top up on price difference but not vice versa.
• Use of rain check is subject to time slots availability.
• Incomplete game situation: only applicable for 18-hole play and when all golfers in the same flight did not cross over 9-hole. Members: 9-hole buggy fee for weekdays. Public: rain check value equals to 9 hole green fee only.
• Wash out situation: Members: buggy fee only. Public: rain check value equals to green fee and buggy fee either 18 hole or 9 hole whichever applies.
