1. The insurance and handicap maintenance fee is non-refundable once the application has been accepted.
2. Keppel Club does not sell Golfer’s Insurance policy. This insurance coverage is only available to applicants enrolled in the Sime Handicap Programme and/or Friends of Sime programme.
3. The insurance coverage will remain valid until the programme's expiry date and will expire simultaneously unless renewed (except for 3 years SHP will be renewed on yearly basis from programme’s join date).
4. Insurance coverage is subject to change on the 1st December of the year, and applicants will be notified of any updates when necessary.
5. Applicant agrees that Keppel Club is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the Golfer’s Insurance coverage.
6. Any claims will have to be submitted via email to sharena@keppelclub.com.sg within 14 days from the date of incident.

A separate email will be sent to obtain a copy of a handicap card.
Without an official handicap card, a full refund will be made.
