Dear Members,

As Keppel Club is closing its course on June 30, 2022, the Club has made arrangements with Singapore Island Country Club to allocate eight flights per day (excluding public holidays and weekends) for our members from July 1 to Oct 31, 2022.

The flights will be allocated based on a balloting system. Balloting will take place once a month, and the results will be released on the second last Friday of the preceding month.

To ensure smooth booking for these games, we ask that all members arrange your groups and decide on the date that you wish to book before the balloting period opens.

Following is the timeline with key dates for clarity:

Term and Conditions:

• The use of the driving range is prohibited.
• Golfers are to report to SICC golf reception before proceeding to tee off.
• Parking is complimentary at the Island course and may be collected from reception at registration. Car park lots are located at the open-air carpark in front of the main clubhouse. Please be aware that these are first come-first serve. Bukit course will not be charging parking for this period.
• All bookings and enquiries must go through Keppel Golf Reception. SICC will not entertain any enquiries.
• Each member is only allowed one game during this period. Any submissions found with a player who has played before will cause the whole flight to be disqualified.
• Minimum three players per submission.
• Strictly no proxy booking allowed.
• Prevalent buggy charges of $29.96 (inclusive GST) will be charged to individual account.
• Any cancellations or changes must be sent to golfrecp@keppelclub.com.sg
• Without official medical certification and/or other documentation, flight entries bearing a change in name of the principal booker will be forfeited. 
• Please note that prevailing penalties of $53.50(inclusive of GST) for change of names shall apply upon the completion of balloting to the principal booker.
• Please note that prevailing penalties of $53.50(inclusive of GST) for cancellations shall apply upon the completion of balloting to the principal booker.
• Please note that prevailing penalties of $160.50(inclusive of GST) for cancellations (less than seven days) shall apply upon the completion of balloting to the principal booker.
• Please note that prevailing penalties of $288.90(inclusive of GST) will be charged to principal booker if the name of the reporting player(s) is different from the name(s) registered.
• A No-show penalty fee of $160.50 (inclusive of GST) will be applied to the principal booker.
• Golfer(s) will be responsible for any damages to the buggy.
