Dear Members,

The balloting exercise for the test play flights from Nov 8 to Dec 4, 2022 have just concluded.

Ballot results will be released on the ballot result page on Keppel Club website. Members are advised to check for their flight timing on the ballot result page. Separately, an email notification is sent to the registered email address of the principal booker who are successfully balloted for their flights.

There are slots open for ball matching. Ball matches will be released on Sunday, 6 Nov 22 at 0900 hours via the event calendar on the Keppel Club website. Members may proceed to register for the open slot.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

• One game per member throughout the whole test period, i.e. Nov 8 to Dec 4, 2022.
• Members who are successfully balloted for a game are not allowed to submit for the ball match.
• Members will not be charged for this game.
• Members’ guests are not allowed.
• Each member can only submit their name once.
• No rain checks will be issued for inclement weather.
• Members need to inform the club at least 5 days from play date if they are unable to play otherwise the No Show penalty will apply. No replacement slots will be given.

• After the end of the game, Members will need to complete a survey to provide their feedback
